This page explains what information iDesign collects when you use this site, why, and who we share it with. We only collect what we need to make and deliver your order and answer your messages. We don't sell your information.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone number, and shipping and billing address, plus what you ordered.
- When you pay: your card or PayPal details go straight to Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you contact us: your name, email and message.
How we use it
- To make, ship and support your order, including sending order and shipping emails.
- To answer your questions and custom order requests.
- To prevent fraud and keep records required by law, such as tax records.
We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked to receive them.
Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Our print partner receives your name, shipping address and order details to make and ship your order.
- Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver it.
- Stripe and PayPal process your payment.
- Our online store system (WooCommerce, on our web host) stores your orders.
- Our contact form service (Web3Forms) delivers your messages to our inbox.
- Our address lookup service (Geoapify) receives the address you type at checkout to suggest matches.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and storage
This site saves your shopping bag in your browser so it's still there when you come back. It doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment page and payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) use cookies to process your payment securely and to prevent fraud.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for your order, returns and our tax and accounting records. Contact messages are kept in our email inbox.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Parents are welcome to order kids' sizes.
