Every iDesign piece is printed to order just for you. That means a short production time before your order ships, and less waste for everyone.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. We can't ship to other countries yet.
How long it takes
- Production: your order is printed and packed in about 3–5 business days.
- Delivery: after it ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days in the US and 7–14 business days in Canada.
Holidays and busy seasons can add a few days. These are estimates, not guarantees. If you need something by a certain date, message us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and what's in your bag, so you see the full price before you pay.
Tracking your order
You'll get an order confirmation email right after you pay. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Orders with several items may ship in more than one package.
Taxes and duties
Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Orders to Canada may be charged import duties or taxes by Canadian customs or the carrier. These aren't included in our prices and are paid by the customer.
Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can usually fix it within 12 hours of your order, before it goes into production. We can't reship for free if a package goes to an address that was entered incorrectly.
Lost, late or damaged packages
- Damaged, misprinted or wrong item: email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
- Lost or not arrived: if tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or it says delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
