These terms apply when you shop at iDesign. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Our products
Our apparel is printed to order by our production partner. Colors can look slightly different on screen than in person, and print placement can vary a little from piece to piece. Please check the size details on each product page before ordering.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout.
- We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (processed securely by Stripe), and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error on our site, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Changes and cancellations
Because each item is made just for you, we can only change or cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, before it goes into production. Email us right away with your order number.
Returns and refunds
Every piece is made to order, so we don't accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you. See our Returns & refunds page for how.
Custom orders
For custom designs, we send you a mockup and a quote before anything is printed. Your order goes into production only after you approve the mockup and pay. You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, photos or artwork you send us, and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights. We can decline any design request.
Our designs
The designs, photos and text on this site belong to iDesign. Please don't copy or resell them without our written permission.
Limits on our responsibility
We do our best to keep the site accurate and working, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
